GoDo is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join the GoDo team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll onboard new clients to the GoDo platform and integrate their website with the GoDo platform. You will manage their relationships during their first 6 months, guiding and educating them to use all the GoDo features and insure their success. You will foster adoption of key features within the system and coach clients on best practices to manage their business, grow revenues and have a balanced work balanced work/fields of lead generation, lead nurturing, real estate marketing & team accountability. Ensuring proper adoption of the GoDo platform and best practices, you’ll work to accelerate our customers’ return on investment.



Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Have 2+ years account management experience in a software/web environment
  • Conduct comprehensive review of client goals and existing operational processes
  • Coach clients on the adoption of key features to help them meet their goals
  • Coach clients on operational processes that will help meet their goals
  • Analyze each client’s system usage, lead follow up, email effectiveness, etc. making recommendations as needed
  • Monitor your clients advancement through the onboarding phase and facilitate proper handoff to other Success teams once the account is fully using the GoDo platform
  • Fiercely protect client happiness, striving for 100% client satisfaction
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • A solid foundation of best practices in the areas of: Web Design - Marketing - Sales - Social Media
