Being in the tourism industry ourselves, we knew many very good people, who were struggling to make ends meet with their Tour Company, their Activity Company. They heard the promises about how this company, or that company, is going to improve their business, if you only sign up for their reservation software. And in the end, they switched and nothing changed. Where were these improvements to their business that they were told would happen?

THE GoDo PROCESS | What is your definition of 'Success'?


Here at GoDo, we've dedicated ourselves to improving every aspect of your company. Our team members take a proactive approach to your company. We won't sit back and wait for you to ask us questions. Every team member is authorized to do what they have to do in order to help your company run smoothly, and grow.

Step One: Consultation

The first step to improving your business is your initial consultation. During this stage you'll be introduced to your Business Development Agent. These individuals are highly trained and knowledgeable individuals with experience in the Tourism/Tour/Activity Market. They've proven themselves as being capable of improving companies just like yours.

We'll learn as much as we can about your company, including what success looks like to you. Using GoDo's software, we can impliment tactics that will grow your revenue, free up your time, or both (most people choose both).

Step Two: Evaluate

After your intitial consultation, your Business Development Agent will dig deep into your company. We want to know how your current online efforts are performing. We want to understand exactly what you're doing so that we know how we can help.

Step Three: Make Adjustments

Based on what we learn about your Company in the Evaluation stage, your Business Development Agent will work with you to make adjustments to your current efforts. Maybe your website needs a redesign. Or, maybe we will find some opportunities for you to make more sales on your Social Networks. Your personal Business Development person will report to you, all of our findings, along with recommendations.

The Business Development person working with you will be experienced in the tour and activity market. We know what works and what doesn't. It won't take much time for us to identify what can be accomplished to improve your Company. From there, we set out to make the appropriate changes.

If your website needs updated, or even completely redesigned, we have experts on staff to help. If the changes needed are easy changes, there are no charges. We'll even dive into your advertising and marketing, making adjustments when necessary (with your permission, of course).

Step Four: Improve

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are the data points we use to determine how well your Company is performing. Using GoDo's proprietary software, we can look deeply into your online presence to determine where changes are needed. We spend a lot of time optimizing your website for conversions (purchases). Our software will tell us which of your activities is converting well and where those conversions are coming from. You will also be able to see which of your activities are not converting as well. We'll spend time optimizing those activities to improve your sales.

Our competitors do not have access to our technology and they cannot analyse your conversions as we can. This is one way that GoDo is heads and shoulders above our competitors.
